Green Bay Church Vision

Vision Statement for Green Bay Revival

In December 2023, the Lord called us to initiate revival meetings in Green Bay. From this, we
have expanded our focus to hold regular weekly services with the goal of planting a thriving
church. Our vision is not only to grow numerically but, more importantly, to foster a church that
flourishes spiritually, emphasizing revival, the gifts of the Spirit, and especially physical healing
in the Fox Valley and Green Bay area.
Since then, we have decided to hold monthly meetings, alternating between Appleton and
Green Bay. After our meeting in Green Bay on Friday, September 13, 2024, it became clear that
Green Bay is where we should establish our permanent location. Our immediate goal is to build
a strong congregation of 100+ people before moving to a permanent facility. For now, the
Oneida Hotel has served us well as a meeting place.
We are focused on the first three years as a foundational period to establish the congregation
and prepare it to steward and receive a true outpouring of the Spirit—our ultimate aim being
revival. During this growth phase, we plan to transition to a congregation of 100-120 people, at
which point we will look to appoint an executive pastor as the Lord leads us.
Additionally, within the next 12 months, we aim to partner with other ministries for regional
meetings and to explore church planting opportunities both nationally and globally. During this
time, we are also actively seeking to raise up a pastor suited for the Green Bay church, though
no decision will be made until the right time—likely within a three-year period.
Our current strategy involves traveling with our team to each meeting for the first few years,
using our own streamlined equipment. We plan to replicate the operational aspects of
ReviveNow Church in Tomahawk, Wisconsin, making the Green Bay church a satellite, including
copying our website, social media, statement of faith, and vision. Administration and
bookkeeping will be handled by our current team and accountant, and the Green Bay church will
follow the bylaws of the Tomahawk church until it establishes its own board of elders and
deacons at the 18-month mark.
While a permanent building is part of our long-term vision, our primary focus is on building a
strong congregation. We are trusting the Lord for a facility that can seat at least 300 people with
the potential for expansion.
